U.S. Existing Home Sales Fell 1.7% in July as Record Prices, 6.69% Mortgage Rates and Thin Inventory Kept Buyers on the Sidelines
The National Association of Realtors said sales edged lower even as prices set another July record and listings stayed far below normal.
